Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.
Please notify us ahead of time if your order is needed before a specific date.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed, shipping typically takes:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating it.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
